European Union (EU)* : Imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty and definitively collecting the provisional duty on imports of steel road wheels originating in the Mainland of China
Further to the Commercial Information Circular 753/2019 of 17 October 2019, the European Commission published an implementing regulation (EU) 2020/353 on 4 March 2020 to impose a definitive anti-dumping duty and definitively collect the provisional duty on imports of steel road wheels originating in the Mainland of China. 2.Salient points of the regulations are set out below -
(a) Product | : | Wheels of steel designed for use on the road, whether or not with their accessories and whether or not fitted with tyres, designed for:

(b) Rate of Duty | : | 66.4% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for a number of companies with individual duty rate at 50.3%) |
(c) Effective Date | : | 5 March 2020 |
(d) Duration | : | 5 years |
(e) Collection of Duty | : | The amounts secured by way of the provisional anti-dumping duty under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1693 shall be definitively collected. |
