European Union (EU)* : Amendments to Regulation on Cosmetic Products
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 339/2019 dated 6 May 2019, the European Commission has adopted two Regulations to amend Annexes VI and V of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products regarding the use of titanium dioxide (nano) and Hydroxyethoxyphenyl Butanone.
