Commercial Information Circular No. 739/2019

European Union (EU)* : Initiation of an investigation concerning possible circumvention of anti-dumping measures on peroxosulphates (persulphates) originating in the Mainland of China and subjection of such imports to registration

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1121/2018 of 18 December 2018, the European Commission (the Commission) has published an implementing regulation to initiate an investigation concerning the possible circumvention of anti-dumping measures imposed on imports of peroxosulphates (persulphates) originating in the Mainland of China and to make such imports subject to registration.  The regulation is available at

2.All interested parties are invited to make themselves known by contacting the Commission within 15 days from 27 September 2019.  Unless otherwise specified, interested parties must present their views in writing within 37 days from 26 September 2019 and may apply to be heard by the Commission by the same deadline.
