European Union (EU)* : Amendments to Regulation on Cosmetic Products and Establishing a Glossary of Common Ingredient Names for Use in the Labelling of Cosmetic Products

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 339/2019 dated 6 May 2019, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation to amend Annexes III and V of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products regarding the use of Climbazole. The Commission has also adopted a Decision to establish a glossary of common ingredient names for use in the labelling of cosmetic products.
