Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 368/2013 of 14 May 2013 concerning the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of threaded tube or pipe cast fittings, of malleable cast iron originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to amend the Council implementing regulation by updating the product classification to reflect the judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU.
