European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Commission implementing regulation imposing definitive anti-dumping duty on certain cast iron articles originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 179/2018 of 14 February 2018 concerning the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain cast iron articles originating in the Mainland of China, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to amend the Commission implementing regulation by updating the product classification to reflect the judgement of the Court of Justice of the EU.
