Dear Sirs,

Commercial Information Circular No. 87/2018

European Union (EU)* : Termination of partial interim review of anti-dumping measures on imports of certain threaded tube or pipe cast fittings of malleable cast iron originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 411/2017 of 24 May 2017, the European Commission (the Commission) has published an implementing decision to terminate the partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain threaded tube or pipe cast fittings of malleable cast iron originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China.  The implementing decision is available at:
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32018D0052&from=EN.

2.On the basis of the applicant’s withdrawal of its request for the review, the Commission considered that the review should be terminated since the investigation had not brought to light any consideration showing that such termination would not be in the EU’s interest. Interested parties were informed accordingly and given an opportunity to comment. No comments were received within the prescribed deadline.

Yours faithfully,
