Dear Sirs,

Commercial Information Circular No. 856/2018

European Union (EU)* : Termination of the investigation concerning possible circumvention of anti-dumping measures on imports of citric acid originating in the Mainland of China by imports of the same product consigned from Cambodia and the registration of such imports

The European Commission (the Commission) has published an implementing regulation to terminate the investigation concerning the possible circumvention of anti-dumping measures on imports of citric acid originating in the Mainland of China by imports of the same product consigned from Cambodia, whether declared as originating in Cambodia or not. The decision is available at: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=CELEX:32018R1236&from=EN.

2.The Commission concluded that no evidence of circumvention was found with regard to the activity of the company representing 100% of the Cambodian exports of the product concerned to the EU, as such, the anti-circumvention investigation should be terminated.
