Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU)* : Initiation of safeguard investigation concerning certain flat rolled metal products

The Eurasian Economic Commission has published a notification concerning the initiation of a safeguard investigation on certain flat rolled metal products imported into the EAEU. The notification (No. 2018/132/SG10, in Russian) is available at:

2.Interested parties are invited to make themselves known within 25 days from 7 August 2018 for a review of the investigation files or to request for public hearings.  

3.For traders involved in the exports of the subject products from the Guangdong Province, please contact Li Xuefei, Director of Trade Remedy Division under the Fair Trade Bureau of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province, at 8620 3881 6201.  The Division is responsible for, among others, guiding and coordinating enterprises in Guangdong Province in responding to safeguard measures against products from the province.
