European Union (EU)* : Exemption from the extended countervailing and anti-dumping duty on crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1076/2017 of 1 December 2017 concerning the initiation of a review of the extension of the definitive countervailing and anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China to imports of the same product consigned from Malaysia and Taiwan, whether declared as originating in Malaysia and in Taiwan or not, limited to one Malaysian exporting producer, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to exempt Longi (Kuching) SDN.BHD from the extended measures.
