European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Commission implementing regulation imposing definitive anti-dumping duty on certain open mesh fabrics of glass fibres originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1068/2017 of 30 November 2017 concerning the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain open mesh fabrics of glass fibres originating in the Mainland of China following an expiry review, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to amend the Commission implementing regulation by granting an exemption to a company from the extended anti-dumping measures.
