Commercial Information Circular No. 538/2018

European Union (EU)* : Corrigendum to Commission Implementing Regulation imposing definitive countervailing duties on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China following an expiry review and terminating the partial interim review

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 184/2017 of 7 March 2017, a corrigendum to the Commission Implementing Regulation imposing definitive countervailing duties on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China following an expiry review and terminating the partial interim review has been published to revise name of a cooperating non-sampled company.
