European Union (EU)* : Identification of Dicyclohexyl Phthalate (DCHP) as a Substance of Very High Concern on the REACH

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 903/2016 dated 6 December 2016, the European Commission has adopted a decision to identify Dicyclohexyl Phthalate (DCHP) as a substance of very high concern due to its classification as toxic for reproduction and its endocrine disrupting properties with probable serious effects to human health pursuant to Article 57(c) and (f) of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
