European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Council implementing regulation that imposed definitive anti-dumping duty on ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 378/2013 of 15 May 2013 concerning the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the Mainland of China, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to amend the Council implementing regulation by revising the name of a company subject to an individual anti-dumping duty rate.
