European Union (EU)* : Repeal of Regulation on Classification of Certain Goods in the Combined Nomenclature (CN)
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 635/2012 dated 14 August 2012, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation to repeal the Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 716/2012 concerning the classification of encapsulated colostrum powders under its commodity classification system, the Combined Nomenclature (CN), to ensure the uniform application of the CN by Member States' customs authorities.
