Commercial Information Circular No. 215/2018

European Union (EU)* : Corrigenda to the implementation regulations concerning the definitive anti-dumping and countervailing measures on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circulars No. 184/2017 of 7 March 2017 and No. 840/2017 of 29 September 2017 on, respectively, the results of an expiry review of the countervailing measures, and the introduction of a decreasing  minimum import prices system for the anti-dumping and countervailing measures, on imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China, two corrigenda have been published to correct the name of a company.  The corrigenda are available at:
