European Union (EU)* : Imposition of a definitive countervailing duty and amendment to the Commission implementing regulation imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain pneumatic tyres, new or retreaded, of rubber, of a kind used for buses or lorries, with a load index exceeding 121 originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 929/2017 of 27 October 2017 and 944/2018 of 22 October 2018, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to impose a definitive countervailing duty on imports of certain pneumatic tyres, new or retreaded, of rubber, of a kind used for buses or lorries, with a load index exceeding 121 originating in the Mainland of China, and to amend the Commission implementing regulation imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on such imports by revising the rate of definitive anti-dumping duty in force.
