Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 602/2016 dated 21 July 2016, the European Commission has adopted a Regulation to amend Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures by adding an Annex on harmonised information relating to emergency health response and preventative measures.
