Commercial Information Circular No. 263/2017

European Union (EU)* : Amending the Council implementing regulation that imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, whether or not finished, originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 94/2017 of 3 February 2017 concerning the imposition of a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, whether or not finished, originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China, the European Commission has published an implementing regulation to make compulsory the requirement of the presentation of a valid commercial invoice to customs authorities of EU Member States for the application of the specified individual duty rates. If no such invoice is presented, the duty rate applicable to "all other companies" shall apply. The implementing regulation, which entered into force on 8 April 2017, is available at:
