Commercial Information Circular No. 561/2016

European Union (EU)* : Anti-dumping measures concerning imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the Mainland of China: change of names of certain companies subject to duty rate for cooperating non-sampled companies

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 378/2013 of 15 May 2013, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the change of names of four companies subject to the anti-dumping duty rate for cooperating non-sampled companies. The notice is available at:

2.By way of background, definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tableware and kitchenware originating in the Mainland of China has been imposed since 16 May 2013. The current rate of duty is 36.1% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty (a number of companies have individual duty rates from 13.1% to 23.4%).
