Dear Sirs,
Commercial Information Circular No. 551/2016
European Union (EU)* : Termination of the anti-dumping proceeding on imports of certain ceramic foam filters originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 807/2015 of 17 August 2015, the European Commission (the Commission) has published an implementing decision to terminate the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain ceramic foam filters originating in the Mainland of China. The decision, which entered into force on 1 July 2016, is available at:
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=uriserv:OJ.L_.2016.178.01.0022.01.ENG.
2.On the basis of the complainant's withdrawal of its complaint of dumping, the Commission considered that the proceeding should be terminated since the investigation had not brought to light any considerations showing that such termination would not be in the EU's interest. Interested parties were informed and given an opportunity to comment and no comments were received that would lead to a different conclusion.
3.For enquiries concerning the content of this circular, please contact the undersigned at telephone number 2398 5350.
Yours faithfully,
(Y K So)
