Commercial Information Circular No. 546/2016

European Union (EU)* : Amending the Annex of the Implementing Decision that confirmed the acceptance of an undertaking offered in connection with the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 970/2013 and 971/2013 of 5 December 2013, the European Commission has, in connection with an exporting producer that had changed its company name and later acquired by another company, published an Implementing Decision to amend the Annex of the Implementing Decision that confirmed the acceptance of an undertaking offered in connection with the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the Mainland of China for the period of application of definitive measures. The Implementing Decision, which entered into force on 1 July 2016, is available at:
