Commercial Information Circular No. 468/2016

Turkey : Results of the expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of tempered glass lids originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China and Hong Kong

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 208/2016 of 25 February 2016, the Ministry of Economy of Turkey has published a Communiqué to maintain the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on tempered glass lids originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China and Hong Kong. 2.Salient points of the Communiqué are set out below-

(a) Product	:	Lids/covers made of tempered (heat-resistant) glass for pots, pans and teapots, classified under CTSP (Customs Tariff Statistics Position) 7010.20.00.00.00 in the Turkish Customs Tariff Schedule
(b) Rate of Duty	:	US$0.91/kg (applicable to both the Mainland of China and Hong Kong)
(c) Effective Date	:	17 April 2016
