Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 137/2016 of 1 February 2016, a corrigendum to the regulation imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of high fatigue performance steel concrete reinforcement bars originating in the Mainland of China has been published to clarify that the regulation is an implementing regulation.
