European Union (EU)* : Notice on the implementation of the judgment in the "C&J Clark International Ltd and Puma SE" joined cases concerning an earlier regulation of the Council of the EU imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain footwear with uppers of leather originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 236/2016 of 4 March 2016, the European Commission (the Commission) has published a notice on the implementation of the judgment in the "C&J Clark International Ltd and Puma SE" joined cases concerning an earlier regulation of the Council of the EU imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty and collecting definitively the provisional duty imposed on imports of certain footwear with uppers of leather originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. 2.Following the implementing regulation establishing the procedure for assessing market economy treatment and individual treatment claims made by exporting producers of certain footwear with uppers of leather originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China, the Commission is inviting interested parties to make themselves known within 15 days from 17 March 2016 at the following email address:
