Turkey : Summary report of the expiry review investigation concerning the anti-dumping measures on imports of tempered glass lids originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 460/2015 of 5 June 2015, the Ministry of Economy of Turkey (the Ministry) has made available a summary report of the expiry review investigation concerning the anti-dumping measures on imports of tempered glass lids originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong. An unofficial English translation of the summary report is at Annex (pdf format).

2.The summary report states that the maintenance or reoccurrence of injury to the Turkish industry is possible if the existing anti-dumping measures are abolished.

3.According to the Office of the Commercial Attaché of the Consulate General of Turkey in Hong Kong, views on the findings in the summary report of and requests for public hearing from interested parties must be submitted to the Ministry by 25 February 2016. 4.By way of background, definitive anti-dumping duty on tempered glass lids originating in, inter alia, Hong Kong has been imposed since 23 May 2010. The current rate of duty applicable to Hong Kong is US$ 0.91/kg.
