Commercial Information Circular No. 191/2016

European Union (EU)* : Corrigendum to the Notice of initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, whether or not finished originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1013/2015 of 3 November 2015, a corrigendum to the Notice of initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain stainless steel tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, whether or not finished originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been published to revise product coverage of the proceeding. The corrigendum can be accessed through the following link:

2.The revised product coverage is -

Tube and pipe butt-welding fittings, of austenitic stainless steel grades used for corrosion-resistant applications corresponding to AISI types 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 316Ti, 321 and 321H and their equivalent in the other norms, with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 406.4 mm and a wall thickness of 16 mm or less, whether or not finished, originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China, currently falling within CN codes ex 7307 23 10 and ex 7307 23 90 (CN codes are given for information only)
