European Union (EU)* : Regulation on Food Intended for Infants and Young Children, and Special Medical Purposes
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 539/2013 dated 5 July 2013, the European Commission has adopted two Regulations to set out specific compositional and information requirements for infant formula, follow-on formula and food for special medical purposes, as well as requirements on information relating to infant and young child feeding.
