Commercial Information Circular No. 166/2016

European Union (EU)* : Termination of the anti-dumping proceeding on imports of tartaric acid originating in the Mainland of China, limited to one Chinese exporting producer

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1059/2014 of 16 December 2014, the European Commission (the Commission) has promulgated an implementing regulation to terminate the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of tartaric acid originating in the Mainland of China, and produced by Hangzhou Bioking Biochemical Engineering Co. Ltd. The notice can be accessed through the following link:

2.The Commission has completed the present investigation and concluded that the EU industry did not suffer material injury and, as such, the proceeding should be terminated without the imposition of measures. The termination entered into force on 11 February 2016.
