As a result of an expiry review initiated in November 2013, the applicable rate of the definitive anti-dumping duty has been maintained at 42.7% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for a number of companies with individual duty rates from 15.3% to 42.7%).

OTHER INFORMATION

4.Consequent to a circumvention investigation, the anti-dumping duty has been extended with effect from 16 January 2016 to imports of the same products consigned from Malaysia, regardless of whether they are declared as originating in Malaysia or not. For details, please refer to Commercial Information Circular No. 82/2016 of 18 January 2016.
