Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1052/2014 of 11 December 2014, the European Commission has adopted a decision to authorise the provisional measure taken by the Netherlands regarding additional packaging and labelling requirements for electronic cigarettes containing nicotine and refill containers in accordance with the Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures.
