European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Annexes VIII, IX, X and XVII of REACH

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 796/2014 dated 2 September 2014, the European Commission has adopted two Regulations to amend Annexes VIII, IX, X and XVII of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 on REACH regarding the extended one-generation reproductive toxicity study as well as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and phthalates.
