European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Certain Aluminium Road Wheels Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 487/2010 of 28 October 2010, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain aluminium road wheels originating in the Mainland of China. DETAILS

2.Definitive anti-dumping duty on certain aluminium road wheels originating in the Mainland of China had been imposed since 29 October 2010 and the duty in force is 22.3% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty.

3.Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire at mid-night of 29 October 2015.
