Commercial Information Circular No. 1208/2015

European Union (EU) * : Impending expiry of anti-dumping measures on imports of ceramic tiles originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 553/2011 of 15 September 2011, the European Commission (the Commission) has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of ceramic tiles originating in the Mainland of China.  The notice can be accessed through the following link:

2.Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire at midnight of 16 September 2016.

3.Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tiles originating in the Mainland of China has been imposed since 16 September 2011.  The duty in force is 69.7% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for a number of companies with individual duty rates from 13.9% to 36.5%).
