European Union (EU)* : Results of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain tube and pipe fittings of iron or steel originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 804/2014 of 4 September 2014, the European Commission (the Commission) has published an implementing regulation to maintain the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of certain tube and pipe fittings of iron or steel originating in the Mainland of China following an expiry review. DETAILS

2.Salient points are set out below-

(a) Product :
Certain tube and pipe fittings (other than cast fittings, flanges and threaded fittings), of iron or steel (not including stainless steel) with a greatest external diameter not exceeding 609.6 mm, of a kind used for butt-welding or other purposes, originating in the Mainland of China, currently falling within CN codes ex 7307 93 11, ex 7307 93 19 and ex 7307 99 80.
(b) Rate of Duty :
58.6% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty.
(c) Effective Date :
29 October 2015
(d) Duration : 5 years
