Dear Sirs,

Commercial Information Circular No. 1004/2015

European Union (EU)* : Termination of the anti-dumping proceeding on imports of certain aluminium foil originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1061/2014 of 16 December 2014, the European Commission (the Commission) has promulgated an implementing regulation to terminate the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain aluminium foil originating in the Mainland of China. The notice can be accessed through the following link:
http://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:JOL_2015_281_R_0010&from=EN

DETAILS

2.On the basis of the complainant's formal withdrawal of its complaint concerning dumping of certain aluminium foil, the Commission considered that the present proceeding should be terminated since the respective investigation had not brought to light any considerations showing that such termination would not be in the Union interest. Interested parties were informed and given an opportunity to comment but no comments were received that would give a reason to reach a different conclusion.

3.The implementing regulation entered into force on 28 October 2015.
