European Union (EU)* : Modification of the Name of a Company Subject to the Anti-dumping Duty Rate for Cooperating Non-sampled Companies Imposed on Imports of Ceramic Tiles Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 553/2011 of 15 September 2011, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the modification of the name of a company subject to anti-dumping duty rate for cooperating non-sampled companies imposed on imports of ceramic tiles originating in the Mainland of China. BACKGROUND

2.Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of ceramic tiles originating in the Mainland of China has been imposed since 16 September 2011. The current duty in force is 69.7% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty (except for a number of companies whose individual duty rates range from 26.3% to 36.5%).
