European Union (EU) * : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Certain Cargo Scanning Systems Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 280/2010 of 17 June 2010, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of certain cargo scanning systems originating in the Mainland of China. DETAILS

2. Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain cargo scanning systems originating in the Mainland of China has been imposed since 17 June 2010. The current rate of duty is 34% of the net, free-at-Union-frontier price before duty.

 3.Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire at mid-night of 17 June 2015.
