European Union (EU) * : Regulation on the Provision of Food Information to Consumers
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 123/2014 dated 10 February 2014, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation on the provision of food information to consumers concerning the absence or reduced presence of gluten in food. The Regulation shall apply on 20 July 2016. Details are set out in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 828/2014, which can be accessed through the following link:
