European Union (EU)* : Authorisation of Certain Health Claims Made on Food
Further to Commercial Information Circular Nos. 857/2013 of 29 October 2013, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted three Regulations to reject and authorize several applications for authorisation of health claims made on food.
