Commercial Information Circular No. 337/2014

European Union (EU)* : Public Consultation on the Proposals for Identification of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) to be Placed on the Candidate List under REACH

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 1030/2013 of 20 December 2013, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is now conducting a public consultation on the proposals for identifying four substances as SVHC to be placed on the candidate list under REACH. The list of proposed substances and the details of the consultation are stated in the ECHA website, which can be accessed through the following link:

2.All interested parties are invited to submit comments and information on these substances proposed to be placed on the candidate list of SVHC. The deadline for the public consultation is 17 April 2014.
