Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 734/2013 dated 11 September 2013, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation concerning the energy labelling of domestic ovens and range hoods. 2.The Regulation establishes requirements for the energy labeling and the provision of supplementary product information for domestic electric and gas ovens (including when incorporated into cookers) and for domestic electric range hoods (including when sold for non-domestic purposes). However, it shall not apply to products listed in Article 1(2) of the Regulation.

3.The responsibilities of suppliers and dealers placing the above-mentioned products on the market are set out in Article 3 and Article 4 of the Regulation respectively.
