European Union (EU)* : Amendments to Regulation on Food Additives
Further to Commercial Information Circular No 722/2013 dated 5 September 2013, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted two Regulations to amend Annex II of Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008 regarding the use of diphosphates (E 450), triphosphates (E 451) and polyphosphates (E 452) in wet salted fish as well as sodium phosphates (E 339) in natural casings for sausages.
