European Union (EU)* : Authorisation of Certain Health Claims Made on Food
Further to Commercial Information Circular Nos. 388/2012 of 30 May 2012 and 510/2013 of 28 June 2013, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted two Regulations to reject several applications for authorisation of health claims made on food; as well as to amend Regulation (EU) No 432/2012 which establishes a list of permitted health claims made on foods with their conditions of use clearly set out.
