Commercial Information Circular No. 764/2012
European Union (EU)* : Amendment to Annex XVII of REACH

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 760/2012 dated 21 September 2012, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted two Regulations to amend Annex XVII of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regarding the marketing restrictions for mercury-containing measuring devices as well as for the phenylmercury compounds.
