Commercial Information Circular No. 666/2012
European Union (EU)* : Amendments to the Implementation Provisions of the Community Customs Code

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 271/2010 of 11 June 2010, the European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation amending Annexes 30a, 37, 38 and 44c of Regulation (EEC) No 2454/93 which laid down provisions for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2913/92 for establishing the Community Customs Code. Details are set out in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 756/2012 (the Regulation), which can be accessed through the following link:

2.The Regulation shall apply from 1 January 2013, except Annex IV which shall apply from 1 January 2012.
