Commercial Information Circular No. 556/2012

European Union (EU)* : Ecodesign Requirements for Glandless Standalone Circulators and Glandless Circulators Integrated in Products

The European Commission (the Commission) has adopted a Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 641/2009 specifying the ecodesign requirements for glandless standalone circulators and glandless circulators integrated in products. DETAILS

2. Commission Regulation (EC) No 641/2009 set out the ecodesign requirements for glandless standalone circulators and glandless circulators integrated in products. In order to avoid unintended impacts on the circulators markets and on the performance of the products, certain provisions of Regulation (EC) No 641/2009 should therefore be amended. Details of amendments are set out in Article 1 of the Regulation.
