European Union (EU)* : Impending Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Silico-manganese Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circulars Nos. 477/2007 of 7 December 2007 and 448/2008 of 4 September 2008, the European Commission has published a notice concerning the impending expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of silico-manganese (including ferro-silico- manganese) originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. DETAILS

2.Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of silico-manganese originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 6 December 2007. The current rate of duty is 8.2% of the net, free-at-Community-frontier price before duty.

3.Unless a review is initiated in accordance with the procedure set out in section 2 of the notice, the anti-dumping duty will expire at mid-night of 6 December 2012.
