European Union (EU)* : Notice of Expiry of Anti-dumping Measures on Imports of Silico-manganese Originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 294/2012 of 24 April 2012, the European Commission has published a notice to announce the expiry of the anti-dumping measures on imports of silico-manganese (including ferro-silico-maganese) originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China. DETAILS

2.Definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of silico-manganese originating in, inter alia, the Mainland of China has been imposed since 6 December 2007. The current rate of duty is 8.2% of the net, free-at-Community price before duty.

3.In the absence of duly substantiated request for expiry review, the anti-dumping duty on the product concerned will expire at midnight of 6 December 2012.
