Commercial Information Circular No. 806/2011

European Union (EU)* : Corrigendum to Regulation by the Council of the EU on Extension of the Definitive Anti-dumping Duty Imposed on Imports of Steel Ropes and Cables Originating in the Mainland of China to Imports of the Same Product Consigned from the Republic of Korea, whether Declared as Originating in the Republic of Korea or not, and Termination of the Investigation of the Possible Circumvention of the Anti-dumping Measures on the Same Products in respect of Imports Consigned from Malaysia

Further to the Commercial Information Circular No. 204/2010 of 12 May 2010, the Council of the EU has published a corrigendum to the regulation of 26 April 2010 updating the address of certain party exempted from the extended anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of steel ropes and cables consigned from the Republic of Korea, whether declared as originating in the Republic of Korea or not.
